SAMAR Plantation Drive 2023: 200 saplings planted in 9 villages in Bihta Block

On 16 July 2023, we conducted the first phase of the plantation in adjoining villages of Neora. Around 100 saplings were planted in 5 villages. People from all villages participated in this exercise. 

On 30th September 2023, we conducted the second phase of the plantation in adjoining villages of Neora. Around 100 saplings were planted in 4 villages

Last year too, we conducted a campaign for tree plantations in different villages of Bihta Block. Local youths carried this programme diligently. 200 trees were planted in around 25 villages. This year the number of villages and the number of trees increased. All the sociological groups participated in this campaign.
