- All the slums in Patna will be covered. More and more no. of youths will come ahead to help slum dwellers in improving their lives.
- SAMAR will develop into a Creative Hub for youths to explore creative abilities in the field of Art& Culture, Literature Community services.
- SAMAR will develop separate wing for dissemination of knowledge that will provide avenues to young researchers and scholars to explore the society and social relations. It will also help to strengthen the structure of organisation.
- We need more and more public interactions not only in educational institutions but also in residential areas – old mohallas with dingy lanes and new colonies with high rising buildings. We believe that in long run it will have strong and serious political implications.
